Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in business development or partnerships.
- Background in climate tech, energy, or industrial markets preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with public-private collaborations and funding strategies.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical teams.
